  • The Reset Program is $5500 and includes the costs of comprehensive foundational labs, advanced functional testing (stool, urine, saliva, etc), and any other wearables or devices you might need. We want you to have everything from day one so we can focus on bringing you back into balance. We have also included your 1st month of personalized supplements and 12 weekly check-ins to keep you on track and able to answer any questions.

  • The Reset program is focused on root-cause holistic medicine that provides a personalized road map to healing that will last beyond the 90 days of this program. The Reset program is not intended to diagnose or treat disease; instead, it looks for ways to create and optimize health and reverse existing health imbalances.

  • Once you complete your Reset program, we encourage you to join our Community membership to continue to support your well-being, be able to book follow-up tests, connect with our wellness team, and meet like-minded people in our community portal.

  • Our program will last 90 days to gather all the information and data and initiate your personalized health plan. Some people take a bit longer to complete the testing. In that case, we allow for an additional four weeks to make sure you have everything you need to continue on your journey to improving your health.

  • This program is for individuals ready to take a deep dive into their health issues, who want to take their health to the next level, and who are ready to take full responsibility for their well-being. We are here to be your guide and partner to help you uncover your health potential and lead and implement lasting changes based on your unique biological design.

  • You start by filling out our questionnaire and booking a call so we can learn more about your goals and current state of health and ensure we are the right match for each other.

  • Health trackers and any special equipment you might need are included in this program.

  • Each week, we meet for 30 minutes. Please read a short weekly update in your portal and stay on top of your testing. You only need about an hour to keep on top of your materials.

  • Each individual is unique and at a different health and well-being stage. We cannot guarantee individual results, but once you complete the 90 days, you will have a lot of knowledge and actionable steps based on your unique health profile that will serve you long-term. Most patients start experiencing changes after 4-6 weeks of starting their protocol.

  • We will have weekly check-ins to support you and answer any questions. You can reach out to us with additional questions via your patient portal anytime.

  • We only accept patients from California for our programs. If you live outside CA, you can join our Community membership.

  • Yes, we offer payment plans.

  • We offer full refunds before the start of either program (within 7 days of our initial call). If you choose not to continue once the program starts and request a refund, we will issue a refund minus the cost of testing included in our programs within the first 30 days. Beyond that, we do not offer refunds.
