My Mission
I am committed to patient empowerment, education, and health sovereignty. Modern health problems must be met with innovation–functional testing, AI, and hyper-personalized wellness plans–that address root causes and unlock lasting changes in a woman’s life.
I’ve walked your same path – looking fine on the outside but feeling off inside.
As a child, I grew up chronically sick. My health concerns and struggles were dismissed and becoming a mother only intensified my struggles. Seeking real answers, I immersed myself in holistic and functional medicine to heal my mind and body. This ignited a passion to help other women facing similar challenges, helping them feel well, strong, and confident.
At home, I enjoy a coastal lifestyle with my two daughters, husband, and two mini Goldendoodles in Montecito, California. I love intimate dinners with friends, beach walks, hiking, and meditating in the serenity of the beautiful nature that Montecito has to offer.
